IE engineer is a person who is engaged in industrial engineering. In a narrow sense, he is a practitioner who is responsible for dispatching management personnel, equipment, production materials, operation methods and factory facilities in a factory. Broadly speaking, it refers to an engineer who uses IE to professionally manage a system as a whole.

Job responsibilities of IE engineer (1) are responsible for the capacity evaluation of each department, determining the personnel quota, continuously planning and implementing resource optimization activities, and improving production efficiency.

(2) Responsible for formulating standardized templates and rules for process systems, information systems, management systems and visualization systems in the production process; Responsible for the later upgrade and maintenance.

(3) Be responsible for IE of departments and centers, improve knowledge training and ability training, and enhance the IE ability of the team.

(4) Responsible for the planning and optimization of the workshop logistics system and the layout of factory facilities.

(5) Be responsible for analyzing the working conditions of the production site and planning the improvement plan of the system. Optimize people, machines, things and environment to improve the quality and efficiency of employees; Safe production under the premise of meeting the requirements of relevant EHS process system.

(6) Have the ability to independently undertake production center-level work.

(7) Responsible for the planning, formulation and implementation of standardization activities in the production process, and constantly improve product quality and production efficiency.

IE engineer's necessary qualification (1) has the ability of observation and testing and the ability of investigation and research.

(2) Comprehensive analysis, integration ability and planning and design ability.

(3) Have strong coordination and social skills, be able to adapt to various complex situations and be good at innovation.

(4) Good language and writing skills.

(5) Bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering or other related majors.

(6) Knowledge and training in engineering and management.

(7) Intermediate computer application ability and foreign language reading ability.

(8) Dare and be good at putting forward new ideas and viewpoints, and be able to accept, advocate and popularize new technologies, new processes, new materials and new methods that are temporarily out of the scope of responsibilities of certain departments or posts.
