What is Six Sigma Training?
Six levels of horse management are divided into: green belt, black belt and black belt master. Training methods include external training and internal training.

The meaning of six sigma:

Six Sigma management, also known as Six Sigma and Six Sigma, is a management strategy mainly inclined to quality management, which was put forward by Motorola 1986. This strategy emphasizes setting extremely high goals, collecting data and analyzing the results, thus reducing the defects of products and services. The principle behind Six Sigma is that if there are many defects in the project, we can find out how to systematically reduce the defects and make the project as perfect as possible. If an enterprise wants to meet the six sigma standard, its error rate should not exceed 3.4 parts per million.

Sigma refers to the Greek letter "σ", which is a statistic that describes the dispersion degree of normal data in a statistical sense, and is called standard deviation. In the field of quality management, σ, average and tolerance are usually used together to represent the quality control level. Six Sigma level is directly proportional to quality control level and inversely proportional to defect rate. That is to say, the lower the level of conformity, the lower the level of quality control, the higher the product defect rate, and the lower the level of enterprise meeting customer needs; On the other hand, the higher the level of horse fitness, the higher the level of quality control, the lower the defective rate of products, and the higher the level of enterprises meeting customer needs.

Second, find the source of product variation.

1 materials (components, components, suppliers, consumers)

Two methods (procedure, policy, finance)

3 Environment (noise level, humidity, temperature, light intensity)

4 people (training, experience, skills, attitude)

5 Equipment (technology, differences, tools, fixtures)

6 Measurement (calculation, instruments, measuring tools, testing)

Six Sigma thinks according to the logic of process model when solving problems. Take the problem y to be solved as the process output; X, the cause of the problem, is considered as process input. The reason is hidden in the process.

From the improvement point of view, because the relationship between input and output can be expressed by Y=F(X), the fluctuation of process input factor X leads to the fluctuation of output Y. Process input includes personnel, methods, environment, equipment, measurement, raw materials and so on. The above inputs are changing all the time, and the changes of these inputs cumulatively act on the output, resulting in fluctuations or even anomalies in the output.

Therefore, the above inputs are all sources of variation in the process. When analyzing and solving problems, we must select the key input factors from the complex changing environment. This process is called multivariate analysis.
