Administrative supervision law. The supervisory organ is a specialized organ that exercises the state supervisory function. In accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Supervision Law and other laws and administrative regulations, it supervises all public officials who exercise public power, investigates job-related violations and job-related crimes, carries out clean government building and anti-corruption work, and supervises the safety production supervision and management departments, coal mine safety supervision institutions and their staff to perform their duties of safety training supervision and management.
