Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University is a private full-time undergraduate college located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, and it is the first batch of vocational education pilot schools at undergraduate level in China.

1986, Jinjiang motorcycle training school was established. 1994 developed into Fujian motorcycle training school. In 2002, with the approval of Fujian Provincial People's Government, it was upgraded to Quanzhou Zhongying Vocational College, an independent private higher vocational college. In 2006, it was renamed Quanzhou Polytechnic Vocational College with the approval of the Ministry of Education. On May 20 19, it was officially renamed as Quanzhou Vocational and Technical College.
