Investment managers have at least one year of compliance training.
According to the announcement of China Securities Regulatory Commission issued by Chinese government website, the company should strengthen compliance education for investment managers, conduct regular compliance training, and improve their compliance awareness. Every investment manager should receive no less than 20 hours of compliance training every year.
