I don't have actual combat experience, but I want to be a trainer, can I?
Trainers are required to have actual combat experience and speak their own style. Internal trainers don't need actual combat, but they can make it clear. This is the difference between our trainers and internal trainers. In other words, trainers sell experience, and internal training is the employees of the company. If you want to be a trainer, it depends on what you are: management, sales, etiquette, oral training (for training lecturers), culture and system (I don't know why) all need practical experience. I am 24 years old. Worked in 2006, sold insurance, clothes and cosmetics, and worked as the vice president of the manager. It took three years to transform from internal training to trainer. Trainers need experience. You can be an internal trainer first.
