Four, before the construction, the equipment management unit should actively assist the design and construction units to check the existing equipment, and provide the accurate location of underground pipelines, wires, cables and other hidden facilities. When the accurate location cannot be provided, the design unit and the construction and equipment management unit will jointly explore and verify, plan the protection scope, sign a safety agreement, and clarify the safety responsibilities of all parties.

5. During the construction period, the construction unit shall take reliable protective measures for the existing equipment in the construction area that affects the construction operation.
