First, the overall requirements:

Focusing on the three-year extraordinary development plan of our town, the theme of "science and technology entering villages and households to help increase production and income" will be realized. With people's livelihood projects, the construction of modern agricultural demonstration areas and the creation of high-yield crops as carriers, the construction of grass-roots agricultural technology extension system will be strengthened, and key technologies will be promoted to enter villages and households. Industry-University-Research is closely integrated.

Coordinate all kinds of agricultural science and education resources, fully mobilize agricultural science and technology personnel to go deep into the grassroots level, provide farmers with all-round and multi-form scientific and technological services and technical training, promote agricultural science and technology innovation and popularization and application, and provide strong scientific and technological support for ensuring the effective supply of important agricultural products and increasing people's income.

II. Objectives and tasks:

1. Fully mobilize the town's agricultural extension personnel: the town's agricultural extension personnel, including planting, animal husbandry and aquatic products, agricultural machinery, rural energy, etc., focus on organizing the town's agricultural patrol teams, agricultural technicians in key poverty-stricken villages, and staff of the town's rural economic service center and animal husbandry and aquatic products station to enter the village, go deep into the fields to guide services and carry out scientific and technological training.

2. Objectives and tasks: First, continue to do a good job in the management of 25,000 mu of Yin Hong Li Chunji in our town. Second, fertilization, medication and harvesting of 1.65 million mu of early spring tea. The third is the spring planting management of edible bamboo in Chaoyang, Sandong and Youfang villages. The fourth is to mobilize the poor households in the town to speed up the short-term projects (poultry and livestock). Ensure that the town will increase production and income this year.

4. Strengthen the management of agricultural resources market to ensure that farmers' losses will not happen again.

2. Strengthen publicity and expand influence.

Use television, radio, internet, technical services, plain paper, short messages, blackboard newspapers and other forms to strengthen the publicity and popularization of production technology and policies to benefit farmers, organize experts to give lectures in villages, and at the same time use market towns to hold production technical consultations.

3. Strengthen leadership.

The town has set up a leading group for spring ploughing, a town rural economic service center, a town animal husbandry and aquatic products station and a town agricultural tour group, with the mayor as the team leader and the deputy mayor in charge of agriculture as the team leader.
