Nature of training:

Through practical training, we can also improve the comprehensive ability of analyzing and solving problems and cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation.

Training purpose:

The significance of training:

If only theory has no practical ability, it is an armchair strategist with no practical significance. Only by combining theory with practice and applying theory to practice can we truly master what we have learned. What I have learned is that I can apply it.

Through practical training, we can have a deeper understanding and more new knowledge of architectural technology specialty, which will make us by going up one flight of stairs. My main learning content is:

Bricklaying, masonry of corner structural columns, placement of steel bars and retention of windows.

During the training, we built a wall with a length of 2.5 meters and a height of 1.2 meters. The window is 80*80 cm, including 37 foundations and 24 walls.

Pay-off, bricklaying, angle setting, rod setting, thread hanging, jointing, etc. When laying bricks. We also learned how to move bricks.

Bricklaying adopts the "trinity" bricklaying method, one brick is shoveled and rubbed.

Through this training, I learned a lot that books can't. Under the careful guidance of the teacher, I learned the construction techniques such as leveling the site, setting out, laying bricks, setting angles, erecting several poles, hanging lines and pointing joints. I know the masonry method of "One Shun One Ding" and the bricklaying method of "Three Ones". Bricklaying can't appear through seam, and it should be staggered. If you want to stagger, you must use half a brick. Pay-off and positioning before laying. Bricks for masonry should be watered first, and mixed mortar should not be too wet or too dry.

Through these days' training, I have a deeper understanding of the course of building technology and realized the importance of teamwork. I see, if you want to learn knowledge, you should take the initiative, if you don't understand, you should ask. Don't think that if you do too much, you will suffer. What I give is what I get. The more I give, the more I get. Although there are many girls in our team, our progress is not slower than that of boys, because we are United and we work harder.

2. Shortcomings:

We have no actual combat experience, and there are many things we don't understand in actual operation. We didn't fully master the construction technology and operated blindly.

There are many problems in masonry, such as: when the axis is elastic, the line is not neat enough and the error is great, which leads to the wall size is not up to standard; There are also selected bricks with irregular edges and corners, bending and cracks, which will crack when knocked, resulting in a lot of broken bricks, and the wall mortar we build is not full enough. The edges and corners of the bricks we chose at the corner of the board were not neat enough, which led to the bad hanging of the lines. One is that the thread is not tight, and the other is that the thread is not tight.

The two ends are not aligned, and finally the masonry wall is not straight, resulting in concave arch phenomenon. I think it's because we haven't fully applied the suspension.

3. Training suggestions:

The distribution of men and women in the training group must be reasonable, and the division of labor between men and women should be refined. Because of the wrong operation, materials are not fully utilized and a lot of materials are wasted, so we can't operate blindly, we must have methods and skills. You can't blindly compare progress with other groups and act rashly. Ask the teacher if you don't understand.

On the whole, this training is quite successful, and both the individual hands-on ability and the team cooperation ability have been well exercised. In the process of training, the teacher also gave us many simple and practical skills. We completed this training task perfectly, learned a lot of knowledge from it, and got a new understanding of textbooks.
