A rice cooker cooks rice.
Heat a wok, add some lard, stir-fry bacon, put fat meat first, then lean meat, and finally put vegetables, turn off the fire and stir-fry for a few times. Vegetables are oiled, but kept half-cooked.
When the water in the rice is basically dry, add bacon and vegetables and continue to stew until the fragrant glutinous rice is soft and cooked.

Fire in cold water, mark the meat bone 10 minutes. Rinse the meat and bones clean.
Add the meat and bones, cold water, onion and ginger into the casserole, cover it tightly, and bring it to a boil with high fire, removing the floating foam in the process.
Add soybeans and a little cooking wine, and simmer for 2 hours.
Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
