I. Types of Subsidies and Requirements for Applying for Subsidies
1) On-the-job training subsidy for enterprise employees (including employees in difficult enterprises, the same below).
1. Subsidy target: enterprises that provide employees with free on-the-job training.
2. Subsidy application conditions: enterprise organizations or entrusted institutions (including vocational colleges, technical colleges, training institutions, training bases, industry associations, societies, etc.). , the same below) to carry out pre-job training (including safety operation training for special operators), on-the-job training and job transfer training for enterprise employees, and complete the training tasks as planned, and the training effect meets the planned requirements.
3. Subsidy standard: The enterprise independently or entrusts institutions to provide employees with on-the-job training. According to the actual number of trainees, the subsidy is given according to the standard of 30 yuan for each class (not less than 45 minutes), and the maximum subsidy per person per year does not exceed 1000 yuan.
4. Application period: within 6 months after the training.
5. Apply for subsidies. Enterprises applying for on-the-job training subsidies for employees shall be handled according to the following requirements:
(1) When an enterprise organizes on-the-job training for its employees, it shall make a training plan, and at least 5 working days before the relevant on-the-job training, log in to the Guangdong Provincial Vocational Skills Upgrading Training Subsidy Application Management Information System, enter the training plan, training outline, roster of trainers and other relevant information and report it to the local human resources and social security department for the record; After the training, the enterprise should log in to the Guangdong Province vocational skills upgrading training subsidy application management information system again, fill in the relevant information required for the enterprise on-the-job training subsidy application, and submit it to the human resources and social security department where the enterprise is located for review.
Employees participating in the training cannot apply for this subsidy.
If the affected enterprises have applied for training subsidies for affected enterprises to carry out training for affected employees, they can no longer apply for this subsidy.
