What is pre-job training for nursing interns?
School life is over, and I am honored to have a new nursing team in xxxx Hospital and nearly two days of pre-job training. Thanks to the wonderful introduction and demonstration of the director of nursing department, I have benefited a lot from this training.

Pre-job training is a transitional stage of clinical work, and it is also an essential training, which makes me understand the nursing profession and point out the direction for future work. Xiao Wen of the Nursing Department introduced the general situation of Chaozhou Hospital, which made me understand that our hospital is a comprehensive hospital with advanced management, complete medical equipment and abundant talents. Then, Director Xiao taught nursing seniors the experience and personal legal knowledge of nursing staff, so that they could learn from each other in their work and know how to protect them with legal weapons. Finally, Director Xiao told us the essence of nurses' manners and manners, and how to provide quality service (humanized service) for patients, so as to realize the quality and inner cultivation that a qualified nurse should have.

In this training, I learned something I didn't know in the textbook, which made me understand that in the future nursing work, I should have a good sense of responsibility as required, abide by the rules and regulations, and make no mistakes in my work. Learn from nursing seniors with an open mind, and wait for the most precious life and the noblest life ideal with sincerity and love in practice.

Since I have chosen a career, even though the road ahead is long and arduous, I will try my best to carry out the nursing work to the end and carry forward the Nightingale spirit.

Believe me, I will devote myself to the nursing work in the best condition, and be a white soldier who is recognized and satisfied by every patient.
