Applying for waterproof qualification for the first time requires the following steps:
First, enterprises engaged in waterproof construction go to the industrial and commercial bureau to obtain business licenses;
Second, an enterprise applying for the professional contracting qualification of waterproof, anticorrosion and thermal insulation engineering shall submit a written application to the district/county construction administrative department in the name of a legal person, and report it to the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau with the consent of the district/county construction administrative department;
Three, to apply for waterproof qualification, in accordance with the principle of territorial management, submit the original and photocopy of the qualification application materials to the district and county construction management departments, and report to the municipal construction management office after the district and county construction management departments pass the preliminary examination;
Fourth, the Construction Management Office will review the materials for applying for waterproof qualification, publicize the qualifications that belong to the scope of municipal examination and approval, and report the qualification application materials to the Provincial Construction Management Bureau for the qualifications that belong to the scope of provincial examination and approval.
