Can the teacher hold a training class outside?
Legal analysis: teachers are not allowed to hold training courses outside. It is illegal for in-service teachers to handle remedial classes without permission. The Education Bureau clearly stipulates that in-service teachers can't make up lessons for students privately during holidays, which means they can't hold training courses.
