There are many courses in finance now, and I often receive faxes and phone calls in this regard. Because the good and the bad are mixed together, we have to stay put in most cases. However, at the beginning of the year, I went to the Central University of Finance and Economics to listen to the course of "Sino-British Government Project-CFO", and I still felt right. The most outstanding feeling that these courses give me is that what I have learned can play a role in comparison with my own enterprise after I return to the hotel, such as what advantages and disadvantages the enterprise has, and I will immediately sit in the right position. In particular, Beijing Hotel, as an old state-owned enterprise, is facing increasingly fierce market competition. There are many places that need reform and innovation, and we need to learn from the most advanced things in international financial management. We are also engaged in this work. So I compare the situation of my own enterprise while studying. In particular, I feel that there are many methods in the "Senior Financial Controller" course of Cambridge University that can be applied to the current reform of Beijing Hotel, which means that my enterprise invited professors and experts from many disciplines to guide our work without spending a penny. I have an idea during recess, that is, to mobilize our senior management team to study these courses, so that the hotel reform can be carried out in a coordinated and smooth manner.
