(4) Keep the luggage room clean and tidy, and the health shall be cleaned by the personnel on duty;

(5) The luggage room key shall be in the charge of a special person and locked when used. (1) The bellboy must ask the guests to check the luggage face to face after picking up the luggage from the guest room, and make records of the bellboy who went to the guest room to pick up and deliver the luggage, and keep them on file for future reference;

(2) The luggage room only handles the temporary storage of ordinary luggage of guests, and valuables, cash, corrosive or polluting items are not allowed to be stored in the luggage; Do not store perishable food, moth-eaten items, inflammable and explosive items, and fragile items such as ceramics and glassware. Explain to the guests that the hotel is not liable for compensation and make records;

(3) When the bellboy receives the guest's luggage, he should pay attention to checking and asking about the items in the guest's luggage. Once he finds dangerous goods such as guns and ammunition, he should immediately report to the security department to protect the scene and prevent accidents;

(4) Seriously perform the temporary baggage registration procedures, access the baggage card, write down the room number, number of pieces and access time, and ask the guests to receive the second half of the baggage card; Record again in the entry-exit baggage register;

(5) For the unlocked luggage, ask the guest whether it is necessary to lock it to prevent the guest's luggage from coming out or being lost; There are small locks and packing ropes in the luggage room at any time to provide convenience for guests;

(6) Guests can claim their luggage with their luggage cards. When the guest's luggage card is lost, carefully check whether the guest's certificate is consistent with the stub registration on the luggage. If not, it should be handled according to special circumstances and reported to the superior in time;

(7) Baggage temporarily stored at the baggage counter shall be kept by special personnel. Baggage that has not been picked up for more than half a day is stored in the baggage room in time. (1) charging premise: the hotel will not lose money and the guests will get satisfactory service;

(2) Charge range: abnormal services in the hotel and services that cannot be directly provided in the hotel;
