(4) The anchoring force of the top anchor should not be less than 70KN, the side anchor should not be less than 30KN, and the bearing capacity of the anchor cable should be above 230KN. Three. Safety technical measures (1) Anchor bolts must be driven from outside to inside and from the middle to both sides. When the roof is uneven, the rock surface should be leveled before construction. (2) When drilling anchor holes and anchor holes, first check the roof around the opening, and select the place where the roof is intact to open holes. Before drilling, temporary support must be set under the eye hole. (3) Before operation, all control switches should be in the closed position, and the oil mist generator should be filled with good lubricating oil. (4) Check whether the length of the feng shui pipe is enough. Before the feng shui pipe is connected with the drilling rig, it should be blown clean, and the joint should be firmly connected with the drilling rig. (5) When drilling the anchor hole, two people are required to cooperate. When drilling, one person helps to install the hole, and the other person drills. When drilling, blow boiling water before drilling. When stopping drilling, first stop drilling, stop wind and finally stop water. Dry drilling is strictly prohibited. (6) When drilling, slowly drill for a few minutes first, and then spud at full speed. When drilling, the thrust should be uniform and the drill pipe should not be bent; When drilling, do not touch the rotating drill pipe with your hands. The operator's clothes and cuffs should be tied tightly. Do not wear gloves. (7) After drilling, wash the hole dry with pressurized water, return to the drill pipe, put in the anchoring agent, gently push the anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole with a steel jumper, stir it with a stirrer 10 ~ 15s, keep the drilling rig thrust for 3 ~ 5min after stopping stirring, then dismantle the drilling rig, install the support plate, and stretch it after 15min. (8) When tensioning, the jack should keep the same axis with the steel strand; Tension length should not be 150cm. When tensioning, the operator must pay attention to the reading of the oil pump pressure gauge, and stop tensioning when the oil pump pressure exceeds the design tension of the anchor cable (120KN) or the pointer of the pressure gauge moves up rapidly. (9) The bolts and screws must be tightened, the supporting plate should be close to the rock surface, and the untouched parts must be padded, and a special person should be appointed for secondary fastening. (10) Construction personnel should be trained, familiar with the performance and usage of the anchor machine, and operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures. (1 1) During the construction period, no anchor rod or anchor cable shall be used to lift heavy objects, and the change of roadway roof pressure shall be observed frequently. If there is serious damage, the support must be strengthened in time. (12) The parts not mentioned shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant contents of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
