Hengfeng North Road Bridge is one of the north-south main roads in Shanghai, with a total length of 6 13m, of which the main bridges are 1 and 5 1m, which is the first prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with single tower and single cable plane in China. The main bridge structure is a two-span continuous cable-stayed bridge with beams, towers and piers. The tower is 50m high and adopts rectangular section with equal section. The main pier is inclined to the axis of the bridge. The bridge is arranged in a single-cable-plane harp style and consists of 15 pairs of cables, each pair of cables has 2 cables. The upper structure construction adopts hanging basket cantilever symmetrical pouring. Built in 1987.
Maogang bridge
Maogang Bridge is a twin-tower prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with a total length of 39 1.8m, and auxiliary piers are set at the side spans of 1/3L and 2/3L. The bridge adopts reinforced concrete straight tower, which is 44m higher than the deck. Reinforced concrete cross-shaped wind-resistant web members are arranged between tower columns. Double cable plane cables are arranged in a harp shape. Both sides of the tower column are provided with 1 1 pairs of stay cables. The main girder is composed of separated double box girder and lane slab. The box girder is 2.2m high, with a top width of 2.5 1m and a bottom width of1.9m. The bridge deck structure is installed by hanging basket cantilever assembly wet joint construction method. Built in 1982.
Caoxilu junction
The overpass on the third floor of Caoxi Road and Bridge System in Shanghai. The bridge project is 9 16m long with 44 holes. Except for the continuous steel-concrete composite beam structure with a span of 20+30+20(m) and a span of 4x30m, the rest are pretensioned prestressed concrete hollow slab beams with a span of 20m. Bored cast-in-place piles with little impact on the environment are used in the shield propulsion section of the overpass substructure. Built in 199 1.
Wuninglu junction
Wuning Road overpass is the main traffic artery in western Shanghai. The superstructure is a three-hinged spatial Y-shaped rigid frame, with all welded steel box girder, span in three directions 16.65m, box girder height1.1m. The top ends of three steel pipe piers with a height of 5.2m and a diameter of 700mm are just connected with the box girder, and the bottom ends are located on the annular plate rubber bearing on the foundation surface. The shallow foundation placed on natural foundation adopts thin-walled box reinforced concrete structure. Built in 1984.
Yangpu Bridge
Yangpu Bridge is an important bridge across Huangpu River in Shanghai, connecting Puxi Old Town and Pudong Development Zone, and is an important part of Shanghai Inner Ring Road. The total length of the bridge is 8354m (including main bridge, approach bridge, ramp and approach road). The main bridge is a steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge with twin towers and double cable planes. The main reinforced concrete tower is 200 meters high and presents a diamond shape. Pudong approach bridge is 3764 meters long and Puxi approach bridge is 3430 meters long. The superstructure is a simply supported bridge deck continuous system, and the substructure is a column pier and reinforced concrete precast pile foundation. Built in 1993
XuPu Bridge
Xupu Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with composite beams. The main girder is composed of steel box girder with precast reinforced concrete web and cross beam. The tower column is A-shaped, and the tower pier foundation adopts steel pipe piles. The bridge is constructed by cantilever assembly method. Built in 1997.
nanpu bridge
Nanpu bridge is an important bridge across the Huangpu River, connecting the old urban area of Puxi and Pudong Development Zone, with a total length of 8,436 meters, a main bridge of 846 meters, a Pudong approach bridge of 3,746 meters and a Puxi approach bridge of 3,754 meters. The main bridge is a steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge with twin towers and double cable planes. The tower height of the main bridge is 1.50m, and it adopts a broken line H-shaped reinforced concrete tower column, and the double cable planes are arranged in a fan shape. Both ends of the main bridge and the side pier are provided with 640mm combined large displacement expansion and contraction. Built in 199 1.
Feng Pu bridge
Feng Pu Bridge is a super-large bridge on Shanghai North-South Expressway. The main bridge is a five-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge. At the fulcrum of main span 125m, the beam height is 7.0m, the middle beam height is 2.8m, and the beam bottom changes according to a quadratic parabola. The box girder section adopts single box and single room, and only the diaphragm is set at the fulcrum. Three-dimensional prestressed steel bars are used. The underwater pier of the substructure is a thin-walled pier with a high pile cap, and the cap is constructed with a steel boxed cofferdam, with an anti-collision safety system equipped with steel floats and rubber fenders. Built in 1995.
Xinwuqiao
The New Fifth Bridge is one of the earliest cable-stayed bridge test bridges in China. The bridge is symmetrically arranged with three spans, and the main girder consists of three continuous reinforced concrete composite side box girders and ribbed slab bridges. Three pairs of stay cables are arranged in harp style, and the tower column adopts frame structure and pile foundation. Built in 1975.
