You can search for some basic video training, keep stretching and exercising every day, so that you can really dance well, and don't be too superstitious about crash courses. Not that you can't dance well, but that the key to dancing well lies in a lot of long-term training. I am a teacher who teaches HipHop LA. This is my experience. I hope it helps you!
