Baking skills training course
This course lasts for four semesters and aims to help students master the basic skills of baking from scratch, gradually expand the scope of skills and finally meet the post requirements. The following is the syllabus:

$ Term 1: Basic module?

This semester's course lasts for three months, mainly including the basic skills of bread and decoration, stage assessment and so on. Students will explore the basic skills of bread floral decoration, master exquisite floral decoration and make the cake more colorful.

Second semester: skills development module?

This semester's course lasts for three months, mainly including clear cake and fat cake, Chinese zodiac, birds, cartoon animal cake, crisp mixed cake, figure mounting with whipped cream, all-flower cake, whole animal and holiday cake and so on. Students will explore the perfect combination of taste and skills, give new life to cakes and experience the charm of cake making.

Third semester: skills upgrading module?

This semester's course lasts for three months, mainly including bread making, cheesecake and fondant cake, multi-layer cake, chocolate decoration and European cake, coffee painting and sugar art. Students will master bread making, explore the infinite possibilities of ingredients, the reproduction of European classics, and the perfect integration of art and drinks.

Fourth semester: Pre-job training module?

This semester's course lasts for three months, mainly including frozen desserts and popular varieties in the market, skills upgrading, job simulation and employment guidance. Students will keep up with the trend, challenge themselves and surpass themselves, so that you can easily integrate into the workplace.
