If the training institution dies of natural causes, after the death certificate is issued by the public security department, if there is no evidence to prove that the training institution is at fault, the training institution will only assume the management responsibility.

In the event of an accidental death in a training institution, according to Article 1199 of the General Principles of Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), an educational institution shall assume the responsibility of presumption of fault.
