On June 2nd, Henan Provincial Department of Education issued the Notice on Re-evaluating the First Batch of Provincial Discipline Bases of Ordinary Senior High Schools. After strict evaluation by experts, Pingdingshan No.1 Middle School was initially evaluated as the first-class subject base of biology in Henan Province. The adoption of this preliminary evaluation is not only the greatest affirmation of the quality and comprehensive level of biology teaching in Pingdingshan No.1 Middle School, but also a new starting point, new opportunity and new journey for the educational value and discipline construction and development of biology excavation in Pingdingshan No.1 Middle School.

In mid-June, the Provincial Department of Education will organize an expert group to re-evaluate the provincial discipline bases selected in the initial evaluation. The re-evaluation of the first-level discipline is mainly based on on-site defense, which is divided into three links: the principal's theme report (7 minutes), the report of the academic leader (5 minutes) and the on-site question and answer (3 minutes). The purpose of the biology teaching and research section of Pingdingshan No.1 Middle School is to unite and cooperate and pursue Excellence. There are 2 full-time teachers 1 person, including 2 full-time teachers1person, 2 special teachers, 5 provincial and municipal famous teachers, 8 provincial and municipal backbone teachers and 4 provincial and municipal academic and technical leaders. Won the first prize of provincial excellent course and provincial experimental excellent course 15 times respectively, and 25 papers won the first and second prizes of national, provincial or municipal paper appraisal respectively. Twenty-five educational and scientific research projects won the first prize or second prize at the provincial and municipal levels, published more than 70 papers in various academic journals or newspapers, and held more than ten special lectures on platforms such as municipal education broadcasting and municipal college entrance examination preparation meeting.
