The National Advanced Certificate Examination of Computer Application Technology (NCIT) is a computer application skills training and examination system sponsored by the Examination Center of China People's Ministry of Education. It draws lessons from the successful experience of "Cambridge Information Technology (CIT)" organized by the Examination Committee of the University of Cambridge, England, and comes down in one continuous line with it.

The advanced certificate examination of computer application technology is divided into three stages: process examination, homework design and computer examination. During the training process, candidates complete the process assessment and homework design according to the requirements of the training examination outline.
