Dress code for reception etiquette Part 1: Dress code

Reception etiquette at front desk

1, politely ask the guest to fill in the guest registration form, and try to fill it in completely. In the process of filling in, ask the guest which member (or through what channel) made the reservation.

2. Guide the guests to the corresponding members (or job members). If the member is busy or not in the store, please ask the nearest member to help get it.
