Being affiliated to Ningbo Haishu Fengshui Hall Art Creation Center, Ningbo is an academic art creation training and education institution specializing in easel painting art, design form research, various professional design examination consultation, intensive training of art college entrance examination, high school art training, foreign students' art training, art teacher skills training, adult amateur art training, (sketch, color, oil painting, design hand drawing, sketch) and so on. The institution was founded by Professor Shi Feng, an art educator, and consists of a college entrance examination department, a training department, a basic department and a boutique department. It is the practical education base of the Adult Education College of Ningbo Central Academy of Fine Arts, the training unit of the college entrance examination designated by Zhejiang hunan university of science and engineering Academy of Fine Arts, the student source transportation base of Ningbo Nanjing Art College, and the public security protection unit of Haishu District Public Security Bureau of Ningbo City.
