The procedure for obtaining the taxi qualification certificate is:

1. Determine whether the application conditions are met. To apply for a large bus qualification certificate, you must hold a certificate for more than 2 years, and to apply for a car train qualification certificate, you must hold a certificate for more than 2 years;

2. To apply for the qualification certificate of operating driver, you should first register for vocational training in an institution with the qualification of operating driver vocational training;

3. Fill in the application registration form for operating driver's qualification certificate, and complete the training contents and class hours specified in the teaching plan and syllabus for operating automobile driver's vocational training;

4, training institutions will apply for registration form (with motor vehicle driver's license, non-vocational training certificate, ID card copy) submitted to the municipal transportation management authority for review;

5. After passing the examination, the municipal transportation agency will file the application registration form, theoretical and operational examination results and issue certificates.
