Team safety management in power plant is a part of three-level safety management (factory department, workshop and team) in power plant. First of all, there must be a set of top-down management system and management system.

Do a good job in team safety management, the monitor is the first responsible person. The team safety officer should assist the monitor.

The monitor should set an example, abide by various rules and regulations, and strengthen the safety education for the players. If unsafe behaviors are found, we should resolutely correct them, so that everyone can form the habit of consciously implementing safety regulations.

In addition to personnel, we should also pay attention to safety tools and environmental safety at the production site to eliminate potential safety hazards from all aspects.
