First, the leaders attached importance to it, and set up a leading group for poverty alleviation training, with the deputy in charge as the team leader, and the town labor and social security department responsible for the implementation, clear personnel, clear division of labor and specific work. Second, do a good job in propaganda and mobilization, publicize the benefits of transferring employment skills training through rural gatherings, going to the countryside and entering the village, and use TV, radio and distributing materials to make the surplus labor force in each village understand the government's support policies and employment needs and stimulate their training enthusiasm. Third, work out the poverty alleviation training plan for 2008, define the training contents, methods and targets, and conduct training in stages and batches, so as to strive for the vast rural poor and wealthy laborers to learn a practical technology and get rid of poverty and become rich as soon as possible. At present, this work is being actively carried out, and more than 20 students have been sent to provincial poverty alleviation schools.
