The training department is the functional department that undertakes the vocational skills training of higher vocational students, the education and training of Communist Youth League cadres in the province and other continuing education.

For more than ten years, the training department has actively carried out vocational qualification training and examination among students, and successively applied to the provincial labor and social security department and other departments to set up vocational qualification test sites and training stations for secretaries, enterprise human resources managers, property managers, marketers, logistics engineers, social workers, public relations personnel, senior photographers, etc., and organized students of related majors to obtain vocational qualification certificates during their school years, with an average passing rate of over 85%.

The training department has also created conditions for students to receive continuing education at the undergraduate level, and applied for the establishment of national self-study examination registration points and test sites. Many students have obtained undergraduate diplomas and bachelor's degrees in more than two years. It plays an important role in improving students' professional ability and quality, improving their academic level and enhancing their employment competitiveness.

Since the establishment of 1985, the training department has been exploring new training modes, improving teaching contents and improving teaching quality, and has trained more than 20,000 cadres for all localities and industries in our province, giving full play to the important role of the college as the education base of Communist Youth League cadres in our province. Zhao Min and Youlong's "Shaping the Sunshine Mentality and Designing Innovation of Youth League Activities" for Youth League Cadres was rated as "National Excellent Training Class for Youth League Schools" by the Youth League Central Committee and listed as an elective course for students in our college.
