Credit conversion includes three parts: skill training and face-to-face teaching hours of cultural courses, skill appraisal level and assessment results of cultural courses. The specific conversion method is as follows:
—— Face-to-face teaching hours of skills training and cultural courses: calculated according to the cumulative class hours, every 10 class hour is converted into 1 credit;
-Skill appraisal grade: converted into 10 credit, 20 credit and 30 credit respectively according to primary (including agricultural green certificate), intermediate, advanced and above;
—— Test scores of cultural courses: calculated according to each course, the test scores of A, B, C and D are converted into 10 credit, 5 credit, 3 credit and 1 credit respectively.
In principle, the education bureaus of counties (cities, districts) should designate specialized institutions or schools based on towns (streets) to establish academic files for local permanent adult residents who participated in various skills training and cultural classes in 2004 and beyond (see Annex 1 for specific forms), and comprehensively and completely record the education and training information and credits obtained by adult residents.
