What documents do you need to work on a ship?
Working on a ship requires a crew service book, a crew competency certificate and a training certificate, among which the training certificate includes a basic safety training certificate (Z0 1), a safety awareness training certificate (Z07) and a crew training certificate with designated safety responsibilities (Z08).

Among them, the certificate that records the qualifications, relevant training and physical examination of seafarers is the Service Book for Seafarers, which is also one of the certification documents for seafarers to apply for examinations, apply for post upgrade visas and renew their certificates of competency.

The full name of "seaman's competency certificate" is People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * and China seaman's competency certificate.
