Other kindergarten directors should have graduated from preschool normal schools (including pre-school education in vocational schools) or above or graduated from high school and obtained the certificate of professional examination for kindergarten teachers, have certain experience in pre-school education, and have the position of primary school and kindergarten teachers. "Kindergarten Director Qualification Certificate" is the only valid certificate for kindergarten directors to take up their posts.
