Legal Analysis: In order to standardize the school-running behavior of off-campus training institutions and promote the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, the Municipal Education Bureau recently deployed three inspection teams to conduct special inspections on the school-running behavior and training time of off-campus training institutions in the city, and randomly selected 68 off-campus training institutions of various types. During the inspection, it was found that seven off-campus training institutions, including Wanda Jinjie Campus, Mengyuan Campus, Hefei Hai Yin Nuo Training School, Fuyang Li Jue Education Technology Co., Ltd. Hefei Branch, Hefei Chen Xin Training School Binhu Jiayuan Campus, Hefei Green Star Times Education Consulting Co., Ltd., Hefei Hongjing Youjia Training School and Hefei Huiyuanfu Education Training School, illegally organized discipline training on weekends.

Legal basis: Article 17 of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China. The state implements a school education system of preschool education, primary education, secondary education and higher education.

The state establishes a scientific education system. The establishment of schools and other educational institutions within the academic system, the form of running schools, the length of schooling, the enrollment targets and the training objectives shall be stipulated by the education administrative department authorized by the State Council or the State Council.
