Description:

The training time of crane apprentices depends on the students' learning ability and the course arrangement of training institutions. Generally speaking, apprentices who study crane technology need to spend about 2-4 months to complete the training. During this period, the apprentice will learn the basic knowledge about crane operation, including safe operation procedures, crane maintenance and repair.

Introduction of bridge crane;

Bridge crane is a kind of lifting equipment installed horizontally above workshops, warehouses and yards for lifting materials. Because its two ends are located on tall concrete columns or metal supports, it is shaped like a bridge. The bridge of bridge crane runs longitudinally along the tracks laid on the overhead bridges on both sides, which can make full use of the space under the bridge to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment.

Working environment and conditions:

The crane power supply is three-phase AC, the frequency is 50Hz/60Hz, and the voltage is ≤ 1000V (3kV, 6kV or 10kV as required). The voltage fluctuation of the power supply system at the crane feeder connection should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage. The grounding resistance of crane running track should not be greater than 4Ω.

Bridge type of bridge crane:

Bridge is the basic component of bridge crane, which consists of main beam, end beam and walking platform. The main girder spans more than 100 span, and has box, analytical frame, web, circular tube and other structural forms. Two ends of the main girder are connected with the end girder, and the outer sides of the two main girders are provided with a walking platform and a safety railing.

2. Vehicle migration mechanism

The trolley is placed on the bridge guide rail and can move along the width direction of the workshop. The trolley is mainly welded by steel plates, and consists of a frame, a trolley moving mechanism and a lifting mechanism on the frame.

The trolley moving mechanism consists of trolley motor, brake, coupling, reducer and wheels. The trolley motor drives the trolley driving wheel through the reducer and drives the trolley to move along the guide rail. Because the driving wheels of the trolley are close to each other, they are driven by the motor.

3. Lifting mechanism

The lifting mechanism consists of lifting motor, reducer, drum and brake. The lifting motor is connected with a reducer through a coupling and a brake wheel, the output shaft of the reducer is connected with a drum wound with a steel wire rope, and the other end of the steel wire rope is provided with a hook. When the drum rotates, the hook rises or falls with the winding or releasing of the wire rope on the drum.
