The contents of the training system mainly include general principles, training objectives and training contents.

1. Pre-job training

Newcomers should receive pre-job training before taking up their posts. Specific training methods include short-term training, professional training and internship.

2. In-service training

There are many kinds of on-the-job training, which are generally divided into three types: same-sex training, professional training and on-the-job training.

(3) On-the-job training: enterprise managers inspire and guide their subordinates' working methods and skills through daily work or daily contact, stimulate their enthusiasm for work, and exercise their subordinates in the process of professionalism, cooperation and group quality. On-the-job training is a regular job, which runs through the whole process of enterprise production and operation.

On-the-job training methods are standardized and demonstrated. Opinions and ideas are conveyed through discussion, and various ability trainings are arranged in a planned way. Opinions are exchanged through fraternity, heart-to-heart meetings and meetings to guide subordinates.

According to different training objects and different training contents, different courses are trained respectively. Enterprises should understand the training course system or design some courses with their own characteristics in order to make the training achieve good results.
