The setting requirements such as "the minimum training area is 200 square meters, the teaching room is not less than 2/3", "if boarding is provided, the average dormitory area is not less than 3 square meters" and "living houses, rented or borrowed primary and secondary school buildings and venues are not allowed to be used as school places" are clarified.

Taking into account the actual situation in various places, the municipal education administrative department shall, jointly with relevant departments, formulate specific setting standards.
Examination and approval of registered items
According to the different situations of the reform of the examination and approval system in different places, it is stipulated that "if the relevant examination and approval registration items have been handed over to the comprehensive administrative examination and approval department, they shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations."
