Basic requirements: under 40 years old, bachelor degree or above in pharmacy major in medical college, working in pharmacy department of medical institution for more than 2 years (graduated from five-year clinical pharmacy major 1 year or above). 2. Attendance and vacation requirements: During the training period, students will have 10 days of vacation in addition to legal holidays. If the leave of absence exceeds 10 days under special circumstances, the director of the hospital where the student is located shall issue a written leave report. Students need to ensure enough training time. During the training period, they are not allowed to take maternity leave, take various exams and other trainings beyond the requirements of our base. 3. Ability requirements: Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in reading English documents. Familiar with literature retrieval tools such as PUBMED, EMBASE, VIP and CNKI.
4. Article requirements: During the training period, students need to complete a core journal article, regardless of style. Those who have not completed the job training certificate will not be issued.
