3. Personnel in the county where the middle risk area is located: unless necessary, those who do not need to return to Shandong will be supervised at home for 7 days after arrival.

4. If the medium-high risk area is not published but there is a risk of cluster epidemic or community transmission: refer to the county where the medium-high risk area is located.

5. Personnel in high-risk posts: personnel in high-risk posts such as service providers, isolated places, designated hospitals, fever clinics, cold chain-related enterprises, etc., who have direct contact with inbound personnel or goods at airports and ports, should try to avoid traveling. Those who really need to go out must meet the requirements of leaving their jobs 14 days or more, report to the destination community three days in advance with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and are not allowed to go out or gather after returning home.

6. People with recent travel history: Please pay close attention to the information of epidemic cases and asymptomatic infected persons as well as the information of medium and high risk areas. People with epidemic risk should immediately report to communities, hotels and units, and cooperate with the implementation of isolated medical observation.

7. High-risk personnel returning from other places: strict community reporting and investigation will be conducted. All personnel who have been away for less than 14 days will be isolated in a centralized manner until the time of going out reaches 14 days, and will be detected as close contacts.

8. For truck drivers and passengers coming from and passing through local epidemic areas, the receiving unit shall report to the local leading group in advance and make closed-loop connection at the designated freight yard outside the designated urban area.
