1. Training in the base: the training base has an independent general medicine department, and the trainees complete the rotation task of the general medicine department in the internal medicine department. There is no independent general department in the training base, and students complete the rotation task of internal medicine general department. The clinical rotation of surgery, gynecology, dermatology, psychiatry and elective modules is mainly outpatient study.

2. Off-the-job training: Take part in the general practitioner transfer training, and the training time is 1 year for 52 weeks, including no less than 3 weeks of theoretical training, no less than 42 weeks of clinical rotation and no less than 4 weeks of grassroots practice.
