1. Party A shall manage the vehicles in the parking lot according to regulations (vehicles other than Party B are strictly prohibited from entering the parking lot), and Party B shall cooperate. If the parking lot facilities are damaged due to Party B, Party A has the right to ask Party B to repair or compensate. If Party B disobeys Party A's management for many times and fails to make corrections in violation of regulations, resulting in serious consequences, Party A has the right to terminate this contract.

2. Party A shall provide Party B with the use and management services of the parking lot, and Party B shall abide by the management system of Party A's parking lot and obey the instructions during the use.

3. Party A is responsible for the installation, maintenance and maintenance of the parking lot site and facilities, ensuring the normal use function of the site and the cleanliness and hygiene of the parking lot (including the dormitory), and cooperating with and assisting Party B in coordinating the management of relevant government administrative departments and handling relevant licenses.

4. Party B has the right to use the parking lot reasonably according to the area stipulated in the agreement, and Party A has the right to supervise Party B and manage Party B's vehicles. Party A shall fulfill the responsibility of keeping vehicle oil and tires and compensate for the losses caused by Party A's responsibility.

5. Party B's vehicle is parked at a fixed or temporary place. Vehicles parked in fixed places shall provide driving licenses for Party A's record. If Party B needs to change the parked vehicle, it shall bring the vehicle driving license to Party A in time to handle the relevant change procedures. Temporary parking of vehicles shall be confirmed by Party B and reported to Party A's doorman.

6. Party B shall park in the leased premises with the front of the car facing outwards, and shall not park in the fire safety passage or the entrance and exit of the parking lot, otherwise all responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B..

7. Party B's vehicle shall go through the corresponding insurance procedures and be overhauled regularly to prevent theft, fire and oil leakage, otherwise Party B shall bear the corresponding responsibilities arising therefrom.

4. Party A has the legal right to use the site. Except for force majeure, Party A guarantees that Party B will use it normally during the contract period, and all economic disputes on site except Party B have nothing to do with Party B. Meanwhile, Party A cannot unilaterally terminate the execution of this contract except for force majeure. If Party B cannot continue to use the house agreed in this contract due to Party A's reasons, Party A shall compensate Party B for the losses caused thereby.

5. After the expiration of the contract, Party B still uses the parking lot as agreed in this contract and pays the agreed site use fee, and Party B has the priority to use it.

6. In case of any dispute during the execution of this contract, both parties shall settle it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be brought to the local people's court.

Seven. This agreement shall come into effect immediately after being signed and sealed by both parties. Each party holds one copy, which has the same legal effect.
