So our company has a saying: safety first, quality second and production third.

2. All employees should sign the safety responsibility book.

This system is well implemented in state-owned enterprises, but it may be implemented differently in many private enterprises. Especially in the manufacturing enterprises that are "production first" in practical work, quality and safety will be put in a secondary position, and even the company's safety responsibilities have not been decomposed and implemented layer by layer, which has potential safety hazards in the system.

Therefore, it is very necessary to organize personnel at all levels to sign safety responsibility letters together with performance appraisal every year, and to clarify the safety responsibilities of personnel in each position. In this way, everyone is equipped with a safety alarm to strictly control the indicators or data, otherwise it will reflect or bear the corresponding safety responsibility in the performance appraisal, at least it will attract more attention.

3. Pay close attention to the "three-level safety education".

Company-level education and training mainly focus on safety rules and regulations and specific cases, while department-level education mainly focuses on safety operation procedures and work-related injuries and injuries in various positions of the department. Team-level education needs to carefully explain the specific equipment, post operating procedures, safety precautions, the use of tools and instruments, and the explanations of accidents that have occurred or are prone to occur.

The third-level safety education focuses on the team level, in which the focus is on explanation and demonstration, then learning operation and proficiency, and finally explaining and letting go. If you only explain in class, but don't go to the scene for demonstration study and training, and students don't enhance their perceptual knowledge by themselves, it will be difficult to master the corresponding operation and avoid the occurrence of work-related injuries or accidents.

4. Collect and sort out injury cases.

At the beginning of the factory, we will gather the heads of various departments and employees who have been engaged in this industry for many years, and collect and sort out the injured cases and positions in our notebook industry from their mouths or experiences, including the cause, process, degree, expenses incurred and the handling of the results. , thus forming the company's basic work-related injury case data.

Then at the end of each year, all major and minor work-related injuries or injuries are summarized and included in the basic data to enrich our cases and classify them according to different positions and years of occurrence for easy search. 5, check and supervise the implementation of safety rules and regulations.

We separated safety from 6S, and set up a company safety management committee, with the deputy general manager personally as the safety director, and a safety inspection team composed of certain personnel from all departments, to conduct a company-wide safety inspection once a month, to conduct informed criticism on unsafe behaviors and behaviors that do not meet the safety operation rules, and to rectify within a time limit and punish the same violations that occur for the second time.

At the same time, all departments conduct safety inspections in their respective areas every Friday afternoon, praise the advanced, criticize violations, and expose typical cases when necessary.

The person in charge of each class will patrol and inspect at any time. If unsafe phenomena are found, they should be corrected and pointed out seriously, and explained at morning meetings and parties. Those who repeat the crime and do not change will be criticized by name.

6. Strengthen safety publicity.

In terms of safety publicity, the carriers include bulletin boards, publicity briefings, company publications, company websites, regular departmental meetings, company meetings, safety activity months, safety theme activities and so on. Through safety awareness, safety operation, safety mentality, safety responsibility, safety knowledge, safety accidents, safety competitions and other forms.
