Is the fire school training reported by the company a special training?
This is not special training. The fire school training reported by the company does not belong to the special training referred to in the Labor Contract Law, because the fire safety officer is a part-time job, not the employee's job, not to improve the employee's job skills. This kind of training is neither provided by the unit nor required by the employees, but mandatory by the fire department. This is not because the unit has given employees training benefits, but because employees have made contributions to the unit and met the requirements of superiors. The unit cannot sign a training agreement with it to stipulate the service period and liquidated damages.
