? Let me start with a happy thing: I won the first place in the Hundred Flowers Award regionals and qualified for the finals. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the result of the game. So I immediately shared this good news with Mr. Zheng Zhifen, the leader of the history and politics group of our liberal arts experimental school. He has been silently supporting and helping me in these competitions. Teacher Zheng is happy for me and reminds me to have a rest and then prepare for the final exam. Fortunately, in the next finals, I once again won the Hundred Flowers Award Special Prize in the discipline of ethics and rule of law in Nanshan District as the first place. After hearing the results of the competition announced by the judges, I felt like I was dreaming. When I participated in this competition, I really didn't think I could get to the present, because I knew there were many excellent political teachers in Nanshan District, and I couldn't believe that I was the first in this Hundred Flowers Award, until I contacted our teaching researcher, Mr. Yuan Danjie.
Looking back on the two weeks that have just ended, although I am very tired, the gains in this process are my precious wealth in this life! After careful reflection on this competition, I did well in the following points:
1. Keep a good attitude: From the preliminary round to the final round, I never thought about what I must achieve. At that time, I thought about taking part in more competitions, so as to exercise myself and know where the gap between myself and other teachers is, so as to improve myself better. Perhaps it is because of this mentality that "the process is more important than the result" that I am very relaxed in this competition. In the class of two competitions, I feel that I don't attend classes for the competition, but I really enjoy attending classes with my classmates.
2. Careful preparation before the game: Since the titles of these two games were announced one day in advance, the preparation time is very limited. But it is this limited time that can stimulate people's infinite possibilities. I used to talk about the phrase "don't sleep at noon, collapse in the afternoon". After this competition, I found that even if I don't sleep at noon, I won't collapse in the afternoon. I used to think that I had to go to bed before twelve o'clock at night. After this competition, I realized again that I can still be alive and kicking after twelve o'clock. Continue to be full of blood the next day and go to the competition. On the weekend before the competition, you also need to read more textbooks, books and magazines related to this subject.
3 Stick to the end and never give up: Teachers who have participated in the competition know that the process of grinding lessons is very painful, because it will constantly overthrow your previous teaching cognition and inherent teaching mode, and it is through these overthrows that you can rebuild your new cognition and promote your own teaching. Think of what Ma Yun once said: "Today is cruel, tomorrow will be even more cruel, and the day after tomorrow will be beautiful, but many people will die tomorrow." This also tells us that persistence is very important. This competition is the same, perhaps because I have no purpose. Now that you have begun to work hard, even if you fail, you should work hard until the moment of failure.
4. Team work: Someone once said, "How far a person can go depends on who he goes with." I got good results in the Hundred Flowers Award Teaching Competition thanks to the silent help and guidance of a group of leaders and teachers. After this competition, I also felt my own shortcomings:
1. In the teaching design: under the guidance of judges and experts, I realized the following points.
