After working in this heating season, I found my own shortcomings. First, sometimes we are not serious, and some work is not done thoroughly. Second, I lack knowledge of heating operation, which requires me to study hard. Third, there is a lack of confidence in solving difficulties when encountering problems. In my future work, I must give full play to my advantages and redouble my efforts to learn more knowledge to enrich myself. I still have a long way to go and a lot to learn, but I am confident that I can complete the tasks assigned by the leaders and be competent for my own work.
In this year's work, I am determined to do the following:
