Shijiazhuang Staff Training Base of Beijing Railway Bureau was established through two integrations in 2005. It consists of Party School of Tieshi Branch, Staff Education Center School of Tieshi Branch, Transport Technician School of Tieshi Branch and some employees of Tieshi Branch.
