Training time is generally not less than three days (or not less than twenty-four hours).

Counties (cities, districts) directly under the department cadres and township (street) cadres to participate in various types of learning and training every year, the cumulative time is generally not less than 100 hours or 12 days, other cadres are generally not less than 40 hours or 5 days.
