I. General requirements
(1) guiding ideology. Second, cultivate the main body of market supply
(a) the development of housing rental enterprises. Implement the state's support policies on accelerating the development of life service industry, give full play to the role of the market, mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises, raise housing through leasing, purchasing and other channels, improve the scale, intensification and specialization of housing leasing enterprises, form a pattern of coordinated development of large, medium and small housing leasing enterprises under the leadership of leading enterprises, and meet the growing demand for housing leasing. Give full play to the leading, standardizing, activating and regulating role of municipal housing leasing enterprises (wholly state-owned housing leasing enterprises in our city or housing leasing enterprises cooperating with wholly state-owned housing leasing enterprises in our city) in the market, raise housing through multiple channels, and lease it to people in need in accordance with relevant policies and regulations. Sixth, increase policy support.

Seven, strengthen the supervision of housing rental.

The parties to the lease shall, within 30 days from the date of signing or changing the housing lease contract, go through the registration formalities at the housing lease filing window of the park town (street) or the housing lease supervision service platform of Dongguan City. Appropriate subsidies can be given to the rental registration of houses that meet the requirements. The registration and inspection of house lease shall be brought into grid management. If the grid administrator finds that the rental house has been rented but not registered during the daily inspection, he shall prompt and inform the leasing parties to register the rental house in time.
