China Teacher Training Network undertook the 20 15-20 16 kindergarten teacher training project in Shanxi Province, and nearly 300,000 teachers participated in the training, with the participation rate and learning rate exceeding 99% and the qualified rate exceeding 98%. This training focuses on the development of teachers' professional concept and ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability, and starts with improving teachers' daily teaching skills such as preparing lessons, attending classes and evaluating classes. Through three training methods, such as course study, activity participation and homework mutual evaluation, the professional development of kindergarten teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province has been promoted, and new experience of large-scale distance training has been accumulated.
