Chapter X Training of People's Republic of China (PRC) Civil Servant Law

Article 60 An organ shall conduct classified training for civil servants according to their job responsibilities and the need to improve their quality.

The state establishes specialized training institutions for civil servants. Organs can also entrust other training institutions to undertake the task of training civil servants according to their needs.
