Production is not smooth, and there are a lot of non-value-added behaviors in the process. With the application of order production in more and more enterprises, many enterprises are facing such problems, such as shorter and shorter order delivery time, frequent order changes, more and more urgent orders, inability of factories to respond in time and effectively, and complicated factory management process. Although the process from receiving orders to delivery has been improved, the effect is not good. The frequent shortage of materials leads to a serious delay in delivery time, and the sluggish material inventory is getting bigger and bigger, all of which stems from our lack of a lean value stream.
